For new business devices - Premium
Up to five years when purchasing new devices.
For used devices - Recommerce
Available for device models released in the last six years, for two or three years.
To add coverage to your current devices - Fleet
Quarterly or for an agreed period, reflecting the number of devices/serial number listing agreed with the customer.

Service Contract
The contract is purchased according to the company’s needs from the same reseller in connection with the device purchase.
Fleet contract model also available, for existing device base.

While using the company device
During the contract period, business continuity and the company's interests are secured.

The device malfunctions
A service request is made from the mcare website, through the company's IT department, helpdesk or reseller according to the agreed process.

Device is shipped, repaired and returned
The customer can take the defective device to the nearest drop off point and collect them once repairs are completed. Alternatively, the customer can pack the device themselves or order packaging materials from mcare. mcare will deliver a parcel card or the device will be picked up. mcare will return the serviced device to the customer.

The contract period ends
The company chooses the contract model that best suits its needs.
- New device and new service contract (the old device, which is no longer needed, can be sold to mcare)
- Overtime- contract if the same device is continued to be used

Drop-off Points and Repair Logistics
mcare operates a repair network across Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, with multiple drop-off locations in each country. Customers can bring defective devices to the nearest drop-off point and collect them once repairs are completed.
Alternatively, customers may package the device themselves or order packaging materials from mcare. mcare will provide a shipping label or arrange device pickup, and the repaired device will be returned to the customer. Logistics for device shipments are supported throughout the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
